Flyaway Auckland Airport Parking

I was so impressed with the service provided by Flyaway Auckland Airport Parking. I will definately use them again. All that needless worry about the shuttles not getting me there on time. They were organised, easy car drop off, no issues after my delayed return flight, they were still there within 5 mins to pick me up and return me to my car. A great service.

WOW!! The best place to leave your car while traveling. The team are always friendly and always looks after us and our families. Great pricing. The drivers are always careful with the luggage and always asks if anyone is late for their flights so they can prioritize.I got back from a 4 week holiday, got picked up within 10mins while other company customers were still waiting. Our car was already brought close to reception and this made our luggage transfer so much easier as we have a toddler. It seems they manage all the customers flight calendar. They even left a can of refreshing drink in the car which was much needed, a top quality service from Flyaway

Was my first time using Flyaway and was very happy with the service. Fast communication when I informed them I had to leave it there longer. Shuttle Pick up and drop off was fast and easy. I hadn't asked, but they saw my ft window shade in the car and had even put it up for me

I've been using Flyaway for almost 10 years now, and I'm very happy with service they provide. During those years they've changed their name and location, but their customers, myself included, stayed with them. Reliable and trustworthy they provide an excellent service. More then ones they went an extra mile in order to get me to the airport on time when I was running late. So, thanks you very much team Flyaway!

Staff were polite and well informed, even when we dropped our vehicle off at 3AM. Shuttle service was quick to pick us up once we called them and were accommodating and professional when another customer forgot something in his car and needed to go back for it.

I recently used Flyaway airport car parking during my trip to Auckland, and I have to say, I was really let down by the service. When my family and I arrived at the airport for pickup, we were told we'd have to wait for 30 minutes for the shuttle. However, after 30 minutes had passed and we tried to call the driver, no one answered. When the shuttle finally arrived 10 minutes later, the driver told us he needed to drop off some other passengers at the international terminal before coming back to get us, but he never returned. Instead, our family and two other passengers had to wait an additional 40 minutes before another shuttle finally showed up. During this time, we tried to reach Flyaway's customer service for updates, but no one could give us a clear answer on how long we would need to wait for the shuttle. It was only later revealed that the driver had simply forgotten about us and returned to the car park without us. As a result, we were left standing outside the airport in the cold and wet night for over an hour.While the company did explain that they were dealing with a high volume of passengers at the international terminal, this doesn't excuse the poor service and lack of communication that we experienced. In short, Flyaway did not provide us with the quality of service that we expected, and I would not recommend their airport parking services to anyone visiting Auckland.

Driver taking us to the drop-off to terminals fell asleep behind the steering, swerving over lanes. On the day of pick-up, despite saying that there's a shuttle every 10mins, waited half an hour for shuttle to arrive, after having to ring them twice. Wil not use this service again!!Update 06/07/2023Nash followed up on the events that occurred and phoned us back offering his apologies for what we had to endure. He kindly offered us complimentary parking and a promise of better service next time. We trust that future customers will receive better service and a more enjoyable experience.In response to your report on the functioning of your GPS system:We can only go on what we definitely experienced as a family, not one individual only. You mention harsh breaking, acceleration and cornering, this wasn't the complaint. Sudden, quick jerks on the steering is an entire different action. Perhaps an onboard dashcam would help give answers the GPS can't supply. Thank you for taking the time to reply.

I had two bad experiences with them.Almost 3 weeks ago I had a flight at 6 am. So, I planned to drop off my car at 2 am. The gate was closed and they did not reply my calls. I had to call them constantly, and once I was about to go to another parking, they replied. It looks that the lady was sleeping. Surprisingly, she did not even bother herself to apologize.Today, I arrived Auckland early in the morning and I call them for a pick up. They were supposed to be there in 10 minutes, but we waited for more than half an hour. Not, professional at all.

Great service and price, nothing to fault them. The drop off and pick up was on time, quick and clean and the car was kept safe. Will use again.

We are extremely grateful to Nash for arranging to have the flat tire on our car replaced with a second hand tire so that we could drive home. Sanil of Auto Mobile Svcs did a great job selecting an appropriate tire and getting the car ready for us to drive away as soon as we arrived in Auckland. Outstanding service all around!
