Don't usually do reviews but went here to change 2 car remote batteries, got told would cost $24.50 each and would take 10-15mins to do so I went for a browse around came back and got told its $34.50 each. I asked the guy why he's charging me more after he did the job, tells me it was $10 extra per battery he didn't mention and even stated that he was sorry for not saying before hand, he went to ask his manager what he should do and then the manager comes back and says no I heard him tell you $34.50 when the clearly told me he forgot, anyways I get told either pay or they give back my old batteries after ripping me off so would not recommend after that pathetic display of customer service

A pleasant visit..the staff were we very polite.Sonal helped us and knew exactly what we wanted. We have dealt with him a couple of times and each time he had gone beyond to cater our needs.Highly recommend for the services they provide .Happy Customer.

When I gave the watch for changing the battery they broke the watch even more and blamed me. I was talking nicely to them and they kept denying that they didn't open the watch and said I broke it. Don't use this service, it's completely opposite to what they say.

The staff did an amazing job engraving the Tanoa (Fijian grog bowl) & Fijian war clubs. Size and font were easy to read and their work was neat and tidy. Highly recommend!

well, i went to repair my watch in Manukau as i got it from Singapore but other people said they wont be able to repair it, they have to send it away. but these guys just did it for me in half an hour but the thing i liked most is their service. i will recommend. i have also done my car remote from them earlier, never disappointed.

What can I say? These guys are CROOKS. I went to get my watch repaired(to gett the same pin, put back in), the manager said to me it'd take 20min, I came back 15 min into the so called repair and he was putting a worse off pin in and tried to say it was mine. Aswell as stealing the battery to put in a flat one...and charging me $$$ for it. This is bad service. I've just had surgery, and these guys try to take advantage of the Christmas rush.

Such great experience here. Amazing service helped me choose where to do the engraving and how big it will be! 100% recommend coming here!!

Don't bother buying a key from these guys, they charged me $250 at the time but then when I went home to do some research I found out that I could've got it done for around $50. My fault for not doing research on it before buying but don't make my mistake. If you have money to throw around go for gold.

Excellent services. Got my car keys repaired. Services were prompt and i got my new car keys with remote and chip within 1 hour.Thank you guys
