Oxygen Property Management

Someone said this in the review and I couldn't agree more. There is no point in using Oxygen as your property managers. They add no value for the money they collect. The inspections they do are very sub-standard."I moved out of town but had a plan to move back and was hoping that they would look look after my property during my absense.They are not really looking through the house properly during inspection and are incapable tof providing any solution to deal with issues. Can only act as a messenger between you and the tenant

Joanne, our Property Manager, is absolutely fantastic to deal with. Whether our problem is big or small, she is always accommodating and does her best to ensure that we are happy. Would highly recommend.

Worst ever. They tried to squeeze everything out of our bond after living in the property for more than 4 years. They wanted us to return the property in a brand new state and wouldn't consider any wear and tear. They even charged us ridiculous amount of cleaning fee which is around $900 for a 3 bedroom apartment and we even had a quote from a cleaner for deep cleaning for 400-500 nzd. We just negotiated to get even a small amount from our bond to avoid the hassle of going to tenancy tribunal.

Being an ex employee of Oxygen and now working as a cleaning contractor I can highly recommend their services. In particular Sandy Wallace. Always has a smile on her face, works hard, totally easy to deal with and always ready for a laugh. She will ensure your property is looked after, and tenants never have to guess what they need to do!

Highly recommend Oxygen who have been fantastic to deal with regarding renting out my home in Lower Hutt. I was originally hesitant to rent my property out however with the dip in the market I was left without a choice and very nervous about trusting anyone else with my first home. I met with a few different rental agencies and by far, Jan KENDRICK from oxygen was the best. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, timely, easy to deal with and is great with communication. She put me at ease from the start in trusting her with my home.My property manager is Tereasa and she has been fantastic from the first introduction, going above and beyond, even offering to work a Saturday and use her own connections to find the right match for my home. Quick and efficient with communication I have full trust in her looking after my property while I am out of the city.

My experience with Sandy Wallace has been a very positive one over the last three years. She makes changes and makes things happen. The boarding house that I live in has become a lovely place to be living in and we are all grateful to her for her interaction and caring disposition. I have been renting with Oxygen property management for just under a year now, with Sandy as the property manager. She has been fantastic to deal with - very professional in her conduct, and helpful with getting issues with the property sorted quickly. Sandy was particularly awesome when helping organise my move into the oxygen-managed property when I was based in a different city - running virtual tours of the property and all-around being great to deal with. Couldn't recommend Oxygen and Sandy enough!

Sandy was looking after our home and she was amazing. constant contact, looked after our home when there was a disaster she kept us assured and informed. couldn't have done it without her expertise! knowing our home was in safe hands meant the world to me and my wife.
