Flooring Xtra Papamoa
I was most disappointed at having to pay a minimum charge of $340 to have a contract carpet layer re stretch our bedroom carpet and join three door ways. It took him 1 1/2hrs. He made a nice job and most apologetic. We were a past customer, having bought our carpet and vinyl, for our house.I would not recommend asking them for a carpet layer or doing busines with them again.

I had a problem with part of my carpet, the cat had scratched part of it bare! I took a piece of the carpet to Flooring Xtra (after going else where first) and they matched the carpet and couldn’t do more for me. Excellent service when I got my garage carpet from them too. I’ll definitely be back. (Papamoa store)

This is a second time we have had carpet laid by Flooring Xtra and once again they have not disappointed. From the measure and quote to the follow up call after the job had been completed, Chloe had been great throughout the whole process. They are also very competitive price wise and were thousands cheaper than their competitors.We will definitely be back.

Flooring Xtra Papamoa offered us excellent customer service, were great to deal with and the product was good quality. Would highly recommend them. Chloe was responsive, helpful and very friendly. Brendan the carpet layer was prompt and efficient . He was also a very polite, relaxed guy who was easy to deal with and did a great job. Thanks

Carla supported us right through the process, Pete measured and the installer did a fabulous job!We felt supported, communicated with through the whole process and the install was just perfect as he went above and beyond. We have just got them back to measure up the hard floors! as this team made the whole process easy and amazing! wouldn't go anywhere else!!Thanks Team
