Adisa is amazing! I felt a massive difference in just one deep tissue massage post injury from Adisa. I went for weekly sessions with her and left feeling better every time. Would highly recommend, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff.

I had a fantastic 90 minutes full body deep tissue massage off Matt, felt like a new man when I left. Very professional, highly experienced, friendly and good value. I highly recommend Muscle Mechanics and will definitely be returning.

My initial appointment with Stacey was excellent- she listened to my concerns about my injury, gave me lots of ideas and input and the hands-on massage was really great. Treatment from here is not certain but if I need further massage I'll definitely seek out Stacey. She's very welcoming and friendly and I'm happy to recommend her.

I had a session with Tayla today. I felt she really listened to me and my body. She has a beautiful technique. I have had massages all over the world and rate her highly as one of the best that I have had. Only thing I would suggest is make your time 90mins not 60mins…you will want more from her!

I made the appointment as I had a sore foot. Matt administered needles and deep tissue massage on my feet and calves. I gotta say the needles were fine, but the massage was just on the edge of being too much. The following day I was bruised and my calves were sore, but my foot was so much better. The online booking was easy and the building they are in is great and very central.Highly recommended.

The whole experience was very professional and helpful. I went for a sore muscle in my back and Matt worked over my whole back very effectively. The location is convenient and room was nice and warm. I’ll be back if any pains reappear or new ones crop up.
