Wouldn't engage with this crowd again.They came out to provide a quote to replace 3 x windows on my Sea Ray that had cracks. They sent though written quote, which I accepted. I paid the 50% deposit and was advised that they would be out in approx 3 weeks to replace the windows. On the day of install I received a call to say that when they tried to replace the windows they were unable to as the factory windows were slightly curved and that they were unable to assist me any further. When I asked for the refund on my deposit, I was charged $120 callout fee and had the balance of the deposit refunded. I spoke to Mahamood (Director) who advised that they were charging me the callout and would refund the balance only even thought they had not completed any of the job. It took well over a week to get the refund as apparently Mahamood doesn't check his emails for a few days.

Fantastic job replacing the front windows in our Salthouse Corsair Mk1. Great attention to detail, they look very good. I would highly recommend them.

I contacted these guys about replacing windows on a yacht in 2019. They first installed the windows on the wrong side of the vessel so that port side windows were on starboard side etc. The next attempt the windows were so badly cut and the glue margins were so large that there was almost no see through glass left. After waiting months for a solution Mohammed (the director) came and started the job himself. Unfortunately more than 2 years later I’m still waiting for the job to be finished and the glue product they are using has failed.The job was fully paid for, Mohammed doesn’t return phone calls, they don’t honour warranty for failed installs, they haven’t done the job they were paid for.I would not recommend this company for any glazing jobs. Incredibly unprofessional!
