I was impressed with the team at Mercy Ascot.Nurses, Surgeon, Anaesthetist, everyone, who only had one objective, trying to help me through to being well again.I did not feel like, a number, somebody else needed my bed, pushing me home, at any time of my stay.I was properly informed before my operation all the things it included and what may happen.I would recommend Mercy Ascot to anyone needing medical help in their body.

The following review of my recent surgery by Peter Alison.I agree to it being used as a testimonial.I was an urgent referral from my Interventional Cardiologist Warwick Jaffe and Peter carried out a triple coronary bypass within 3 days of referral which was an excellent service.Following my discharge from Mercy Hospital I immediately developed pneumonia and required admission to Ward 42 of Auckland Hospital for several weeks to resolve the pneumonia and then Peter had to carry out further open heart surgery to repair and restore my sternum closure.The staff and services provided by Ward 42 ( which is Peter’s Ward) was excellent.Upon recent review by Jaffe it was clear that the surgery carried out by Peter was first class and my heart and arteries are now in great shape!I have no hesitation in recommending Peter and his team.RegardsBruce

It is with immense pleasure to advise that I am very pleased with surgical procedure conducted on me to rectify my cardio problems.Information provided prior surgery was ample to make a decision to go ahead with it.Care and attention provided by the hospital staff was immense and hats off to them for making me feel comfortable.Follow up care provided was good but time changes on appointments were abit uncomfortable which I understand was because of the busy schedule the surgeon had.Once again I would like to thank the entire cardiology team at Mercy Ascot hospital for the professional service and care rendered to me.Kind RegardsRupesh
