TSB Bank ATM

Worst banking experience in new Zealand. This particular branch is absolutely the worst with their corporate bean counter experience. You will be treated worse here than any place you have ever imagined. Take months to wait for an answer only to find out a staff member screwed it up. Have your credit card cancelled by accident and forget an apology just weeks to sort it out. Well that's untrue this is well over a year now and it's still not sorted. Put money on your credit card and the money gets lost for 2 weeks. But don't worry they will charge you a late fee and pentalty interest because they made a mistake. So they offer you a service to automatically make the minimum payment in case there is yet another problem. For this you will be charged a late fee and penalty interest for their mistake. Then buckle in and get ready for the weak excuses to begin.I trust these guys less with money than my 8 year old nephew. Good think they are not a bank or financial institution right

TSBBank used to be the best bank in New Zealand but it has gone down hill recently. The final straw for me was when I got charged a $10 inactivity fee for not using my TSBBank/visa credit card.
