I had a really bizarre problem with my laptop (googling and ringing friends did not suffice!). There was no trace of the problem I was experiencing online. I spoke with Keiran over the phone and he recommended that he look into it, and see what he could come up with. Within 24 Hours he had fixed it! I honestly thought the laptop was a write off, as it was dead, only to be bought back to life. Very happy and would recommend highly.
