I just spoke to Charlotte about an issue we have here in Albany with water trucks using our private R/oW (which is behind the Zed on Oteha Valley rd extn) to cut through here (we are right by the water refill station they use constantly to refill which garners alot of noise for us) to either turn around if they are delivering in the other direction or reach the other side of this block faster.This doyenne Charlotte sounded like she is conscientious and that she carries the authority to back up what she says she is going to do. It turns out on reading the company's self-description after I spoke with her that this is a family business and that she is one of them. She was prepared to listen to my concerns and the request I had.We don't see this company's trucks here often at all yet it turns out that they actually deliver the water for the carwash at the Zed itself (begging the question why the Zed doesn't use a more locally centred carrier, the twain of which we have had many different negative issues with, and having spoken to other residents about these includes a physical assault from one uncouth unit onto a female. Perhaps this attitude these exhibit might be a reason why Zed use CWS instead).If a company is actually delivering water here then for my part I believe they should be allowed to come up through here, this has been my stand ever since we residents have raised our cencerns about this issue with body corporate. If they are not delivering here then they have no reason to be disturbing us up here.Thank you Charlotte for your time. If I was a customer in need of water then I would definately come to you first before ever going anywhere near North Harbour Water or Alan's Water Albany.Five stars for Coastal Water Supply for how you handled my call which I suspect is how you habitually deal with people on a quotidian basis, customers or not.
