Johnson Reserve
Great place to walk the dog or the kids with a few areas for them to play in the water. Easy walk with few stairs and mostly gravelled walkway.

Johnson Reserve
Johnson Reserve, just below Waipuna Park, is an excellent park, with an easy gravel walk. Great for running and cycling with many beautiful trees surround the path, with the sound of flowing water from the stream that runs through the park. Excellent place to take your dogs for a walk and swim in the stream.

I love this park. 1 hr give or take up to the water fall and back. Which really isn't a water fall more of a cascade over some smooth rocks.

Great little walk. There are lots of trees for shade and a little waterfall".We parked at Waipuna Park and walked through.When you reach the signpost you need to turn toward Meander Drive.There are toilets by the carpark at Waipuna Park and a children's playground.Great reserve in an urban setting."

Local, so convenient for walks and for taking photos. Very picturesque, easy tracks and trails. Well sign-posted and dog friendly.

It was lovely area. Lots of people out with their dogs walking. Like the new rope playground over towards Meander Dr area.
