Ordered an item they show in stock, terms state next day shipping, day 5 and order is still processing, sent 3 or 4 web messages and emails but no response, tried to ring but the phone number is just a voice message.

this stationary company sure isn't stationary! What a fast and seamless experience! 5 stars!

Fantastic prices on the products, I ordered some label maker tape which arrived quickly and with no issues. The free shipping was such a bonus too!

I would not recommend purchasing from this company. I ordered folders over a month ago and I'm still waiting. Five phone messages and a Web enquiry have gone unanswered.

Avoid these guys. I've been a customer here for a bit, and that was fine until something went wrong with my order. There's no contact - no one to talk to, no one to message who will respond, no accountability. Looks like you can contact them but you're just talking to yourself. Happy to take your money but when the order never shows up there's nothing you can do about it and no way to get your money back. There's plenty of options - use one of the others.

I paid $170 for an item and didn't receive confirmation of order. Tried to contact them several times but haven't received any response. Their communication is terrible. Answer my emails Lookat and I will remove the negative review immediately.

You get what you pay for :(Delivery was really slow (despite my product supposidely being ex-stock when I bought it). Also, I know that it states,”no returns”on the website but when I figured out that the product that I had bought wouldn’t fit (I bought suspension files and my cabinet turned out to be neither foolscap or A4) Lookat were completely dismissive of giving me a credit (I wasn’t asking for a refund) to return the goods. Moral of the stoty....Buyer beware :(

I hate giving bad feedback. But my last experience with this company wasn't great.I ordered some clear filing pockets back on 22nd April. First the item wasn't available, then they were available but on back order and would take an week. Which was fine, I could wait a week. I gave them two weeks as I took into consideration delivery. Still no item. So I emailed them again to see where they were. 3 days later they said they sent them and they would follow up. Another 3 days later they said the courier company was investigating and they would send more. 8 Days later still no items. I live in Auckland so within the north island it shouldn't take this long! 7 days later I get a reply from the company saying they don't know what is going on with the courier company, they will refund me (which they did) and they will send it a 3rd time for all the inconvenience ( This being 44 days after first placing the order). This time I have asked if they can confirm the address they are sending it to is right and to send me the tracking information this time. Still no reply and no tracking information was sent. So i'm a little suspicious now. The whole experience has been really unprofessional it shouldn't take so long to get a reply back or your items. As of today we are at 58 days and no filling pockets.
