Great service, ideas and I am very pleased with my custom made ring. This is the third ring Cameron Jewellery has made for me and is still well worth the travel from Auckland for.

We had our wedding rings remade, and the team were all fantastic from original discussion with Jill, to final finished products (Peter and his talented team). Every time I have asked for rings to be remade, upcycled they are all so friendly, and have such great ideas. Prices are very fair, finished products, perfect.

Used to be a great shop and used to enjoy excellent service but would not help me by fixing a treasured set of earrings even though they are meant to be a manufacturing jeweler. Sadly will be going elsewhere.

Excellent service - went over and above to help us, and at an extremely busy time too. Definitely recommended for quality jewellery at reasonable prices. A huge step above their chain store competitors.

Absolutely phenomenal team of people, from the front staff to the jewellers. They are easily the best customer service I have experienced in NZ so far. They made our wedding bands for us, and whilst my husband’s ring was pretty straightforward, I’d asked for a more specific design to fit with my engagement ring. They gave me a no-obligation sample design ring of silver to try for a week, which I didn’t end up going with, but it gave me a better idea of what I wanted. I decided to go for a plainer band in a V mimicking one side of the sample ring I had tried. When it was first done, it wasn’t quite what I had in mind - there had also been a change of hands and they thought it was the other side of the sample band that I had asked for (just a miscommunication). But they were more than happy to tweak it for me - not only once, but twice (second time was a one-to-one appointment with the jeweller himself). I am extremely particular and have somewhat idealistic expectations at the best of times so I know I can be hard to please. But they were very patient and helpful and went to great lengths to achieve what I was hoping for. I am so so grateful to the team, especially Sam, the ring is perfect. Thank you so much.

Had a few pieces of jewelleery re-sized and re-modelled and Jessie was so fantastic. She was so knowledgeable and helpful in deciding what needed to be done which was great. Would recommend to anyone needing anything done jewellery related. A great company.

Really friendly and helpful staff (usually a lovely couple). Really willing to go above and beyond to get the ring you want and they fitted my fiancées’ ring faster than anyone else in town for half the price!

So helpful and accommodating. Made a beautiful necklace and couriered it for me, even wrapped it beautifully too. Overall a very easy and stress-free experience.

Had my grandmother's ring repaired, Cameron's have done a fantastic job after another place had already tried to repair it, staff were so friendly and welcoming.
