Tony and Belinda are a fabulous team.They have different listings than the rest of the agents in Oamaru, and the only place where you'll get residential, rural and commercial opportunities in one place.Very knowledgeable and very pragmatic.Will get the job done, and very well, whilst making the experience enjoyable.

There are better real estate agents out there.We sold our house with Belinda. While it sold quicker than we were expecting we were completely disappointed with the service and total lack of communication.We asked for a copy of the contract and it never arrived.Belinda got angry because I was having the carpets cleaned on take over as her vendors were not going to be very happy" It was a courtesy and turns out they were very happyBought a house from LJHooker.They made sure the power was on and bought a gift basket over on move in date."
