Chipmunks

The facility was great. Lots to do with our littlie. Coffee and cabinet eats were tasty. Specially the gluten free options. Had a wonderful morning. Clean seating area and toilets. The place was very busy. Would visit again definitely.

I'm not going to lie but each time my girls (6 and 10) asked to go to Chipmunks I cringed. However with the new playsets and more tables, the place felt brighter and more spaciouse. We never stayed longer than an hour or so because they just got bored so quickly, but here we are going on almost 3 hours... my older daughter told me to go and order another coffee because we are not going yet hehe I must say that the girls behind the counter are so wonderful too, cheerful and bubbly. (No more grumpy faces like they blame me for working here). I don't know what has changes with the procedures or managment of the place or not but I love the change and we will be definitely back soon.

Great place to take your kids on a rainy day. However it would be great if they could enforce the age restrictions more. I had my crawling 1 year old in the baby area but there were way older kids there running around who shouldn't have been in there according to the age range that area was for. Felt unsafe at times for my baby to explore on her own out of fear they weren't going to see her and accidentally stand on her or trip over her

My girls give it a lower rating, saying they felt it was dirty and smelly on the top play ground. They told staff there was a young child without a nappy and he had gone poo. I don’t know why they didn’t respond immediately but after 15 minutes you could see they closed that part off and went hurrying to clean it. But as an adult I like the extra tables they put in and the young man at the cashier was very nice. Yes it is quite expensive as we had only been there less than an hour when that happened and the girls weren’t keen to go back on the playground.

Had a wonderful time at the newly renovated Chipmunk Tauranga. It's packed but fun for kids to play. Shout out to Dominic & the team who are so helpful and working so fast to serve the customers. Definitely going back again!

We love Chipmunks! Great as usual, but coffee wasn’t awesome this time. The milk tasted funny, the team said they use Meadowfresh milk which was not good, all of the mums in our group agreed. We all changed for alternative milk options!

A great and wonderful place to have kids birthday parties. Celebrated my daughter's 10th today and kids absolutely enjoyed every moment. Charlie's appearance was great.However, customer service has some scope of improvement

Love the new layout, perfect for ages 1-4. Alot for them to play on. Best to go during school hours as it is Abit crowded and not much space,but otherwise enjoyable for the wee ones
