NZ post service is down low. They signed my package and threw it outside. Write it down delivered and signed by me. It was my son Passport. Recently I ordered something from overseas and unfortunately they sent it by NZ post. Postie purposely leave the card so I have to do her work. Eventhough I was at home all day waiting for my parcel. My husband ordered something from Kmart and that courier service was so good. They called my husband on his cell phone and told him that they were outside for his parcel. 5 stars service from that courier company. NZ post I would not recommend to my enemies as well.

Staff members are patience, friendly, attentive, helpful, and accommodating. They also do their job or tasks really fast. I had a great and very friendly service. On top of that, they also happily help me taking care of my mail.

Horrible experience from NZ post. Very unprofessional. Was supposed to get a parcel delivered three days ago. Came to know they left a note to pick it up from their newlynn branch. Went there the next day only to find out they didn’t even have my parcel and they would arrange an express delivery of it. The next day another note was left to collect my parcel from newlynn branch went there again and got told they don’t have it. This is ridiculous , worst, they wrote a nick name on the card only because the person working at the newlynn branch knew me from high school. This is very unprofessional. This was a valuable parcel for a persons bday and I’m still waiting on it while the person has already left Auckland and gone back to Christchurch.

I dont understand so many other bad reviews. I was served with nothing but kindness and a smile and then a staff member very willingly helped carry a heavier item to the car. The service couldn't be better. On top of that they have charity donations for guide dogs and free children's toys for a good home. It made it feel like a community. Wonderful

They are yet to figure out the difference between a Delivery address and Sender's address. And one day on their calendar means 3 days or 4 or 6 months on a normal calendar. In other words, we should be grateful that they have decided to deliver our packages.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE, I had 14 days to get important documents to Australia from the 13th Jan paid $36.00 at the Kelston Post Office who were more than helpful, the documents still not arrived to the receiver and its the 26th Jan 2022 after doing a trace the documents are still stuck in Australian Customs, if the 14 day deadline is not met, my pension will be effected.Why pay NZ Post that sort of fee for just a few documents for such poor customer service it was suppose to be a four or fiveday delivery, if not I would have used the normal postal service.I done my own tracking and it stated the documents still in NZ on the 26th Jan, ended up going back to the Kelston Post Office and the guy there was amazing as always and done his own tracking to find its still stuck in customs in Australia. What recourse do we have to get a refund as NZ Post has not delivered. He offered to help me without question.Today it’s the 1st Feb just found out it’s only just in Sydney, posted on the 13th Dec disgraceful.

The Counter Staff are Great. They greet me by my First Name. I collect most items from. NZ Post New Lynn. AS they do not fit in our very tiny tiny letter box. Yep letters ..... How crazy is that...

If you see make an online order that provides you with the option of collecting from the store, definitely choose that instead of delivery from NZ Post. What should've been a 3 day wait has turned into 3 whole weeks.Couldn't pick up from the depot as I had missed the delivery time so I had to pay an extra $5 shipping to get them to redeliver to another address OVERNIGHT. A week later and was told that my package was still 'processing at the depot'. Definitely will choose to pick up my package at the store rather than go through this process instead - such a waste
