Buses were nice and the driver on the trip to routeburn shelter was great. But the driver who took us back to Queenstown from Te Anau would not stop talking over the speaker. Including a kinda offensive story about how NZ was discovered (even though the explorers found The Natives" here and got eaten by them according to his story). Very embarrassed and wished I had earplugs"

Fantastic experience with Tracknet! Great customer service whenever we ran into issue and even managed to find some lost earphones and have them ready on the bus on our return leg from the Milford Track. Friendly drivers too with some great commentary on the return leg from Milford Sound to Te Anau. Highly recommended!

Tracknet were great to travel with- on time and good value for money. They even stored our bags for us while we did the Milford track. Special shout out to our driver Nigel on the way back who stopped to drop us off at our hotel going into Queenstown on the way back. He even held up the traffic for us to cross the road to our accommodation. Outstanding.

My first experience with Tracknet is 10/10 for our 170km bus trip from Queenstown to Te Anau! Nigel the first driver was helpful, knowledgeable and comical! Paula the second driver went all out to make sure we each reach our destinations safely, including requesting assistance to cart our over weight luggage to our cabin quite a distance away (with supplies for three weeks! )Everyone in the bus were seen happy and smiling! Hope every bus trip can be as enjoyable as this one! Highly recommended!!

We were blown away by the service from this company. We used them to bus from Queenstown to start of Routeburn hike, end of hike to Te Anau, their water taxi to Kepler hike, end of Kepler to Te Anau, then back to Queenstown. Also a day trip. Booking transport and luggage transfer/storage was so easy, and I sent emails a few times to clarify/adjust our booking and ask questions. I received friendly, informative responses within 24hr every time, with a level of personal care I would not have expected considering the number of customers and individualised schedules they are handling every day. They stored our luggage for free whilst we were hiking, and when we arrived in Te Anau after completing the Routeburn lacking a plan of how to get from their office to our accomodation with all our luggage (we did not realise the limited transport options in Te Anau) one of their buses was available and a driver came back from knocking off to give us a free lift! She was so nice and even suggested places in town to grab dinner, we happily tipped her for the inconvenience we had caused. We cannot recommend TrackNet highly enough!

We've used Tracknet a fair few times over the past few years as transport for the great walks near Te Anau/Queenstown. They've always been timely, with great service, and well priced and convenient. Most recently Nigel, and Paula, were great drivers who went the extra mile with their service. Will certainly be booking with them again!

Nigel was a certified beauty! I spent the entire next day reciting all of the niche facts that he provided us with the entire trip from Te Anau to Queenstown.Tracknet in general were great - especially thankful that they let us change our 9.45am bus @8am that day at no additional cost and even gave a refund on the second leg of the trip that we no longer needed.Will definitely use them again next time we come down!
