OPSM Lincoln North

Returned to Stephen at Lincoln North OPSM following several years absence due to a relocation. Not happy with the Optometrist visited during that relocation.I feel assured once again that I have received an excellent check up and good advice to understand the status of my current vision and possible vision needs going forward.Peace of Mind again!

Stephen Hill was very good with our 5 yr old. He met the expectations

Stephen Hill provides thorough, professional and friendly eye examinations. He explained each test clearly and all my results in detail. He also took the time to check on how I care for my lenses which stands out from my experience at other optometrists. Great service from Stephen and the team!

Have been going to OPSM for years, normally see Stephen, who is lovely, methodical and relaxed.I booked with a different optometrist due to availability, they were running late, when I went in to my consult everything felt quite rushed.The man before me had his glasses cleaned and tended to by the same optometrist, lots of chit chat while I waited. I was passed off to the lady at the front desk at the end of my appointment, he said he would look for trial lenses but went back to the office whilst the next appointment waited patiently, after being reassured the optometrist knew they were there and would see them soon.A different experience to my usual, which is normally quite relaxed and customer centered.It is silly season, I give them that, but I chose OPSM over other optometrists because of the quality of care, despite the expense.I believe you get what you pay for, but in this instance I didn't feel that was the case.

All staff at OPSM Lincoln North were extremely professional and efficient throughout my experience. Excellent explanations of the procedures were given, and staff exhibited both patience and understanding when it came time to select my new frames. A pleasure to deal with.

I went to this clinic me and mum to do eye test, there was an Indian female doctor she seemed like all fine. But then after 5 months we went to another optometrist to check that again because mum was suddenly seeing white dots and for me the glasses were not doing anything and my headache is getting worse.We went to another place and found out that we’ve been given the wrong prescription and glasses was very high level for our eyes.I have talked to them again and got my money back but unfortunately they can’t pay for the medical mistake they’ve made.For me I don’t trust this place and never going back again

Stephen Hill has been my ‘go to’ optometrist for many many years. His quiet professional manner puts you at ease and I highly recommend him.

Extremely helpful and very informative and helpful. Stephen is very good especially as I'm in a wheelchair couldn't be more than obliging.
