Awesome Bounce

Awful experience for my sons 5th birthday. We only had 3 kids attending so didn’t want to pay the $200 to have a party room - no point. Arrived with a couple of snacks; popcorn, lollies and fruit skewers and a birthday cake. Was told under no circumstances were we allowed a cake “only lunchbox food”. - no where on their website (even under the “Rules” tab) did it say that cake was not allowed - also the other food was “questionable” as not in a lunchbox and “looked like party food”. We took up one single table in the seating area that was empty.After an argument with a very aggravated man we were then told we had to leave.We mentioned that they should add to their website that food NOT in a lunchbox is prohibited and they said “we’ve had that complaint multiple times” - perhaps then this should be a priority to add to their website…Honestly the worst experience - ended up calling Chipmunks Tawa and was told “Cake is absolutely welcome!” - they were extremely accepting and understood that petty, money-grabbing “rules” could be broken for certain situations.

Took our kids here on a special day out. Staff are really friendly.Was a bit busy when we got there, but didn't feel like everyone was crowded together, there's heaps of activties to go on and heaps of space to run around in for big and small kids.The place is clean and doesn't smell. Staff were constantly cleaning the tables and food area once families had left, so there was alway a new, clean table to sit at. Toilets are clean and spacious, which is helpful when toilet training toddlers !Also a plus, you can bring your own food in. This is really helpful when you're trying not to break the bank on a day out.Would definitely recommend this place for a good day out with the kids !

It was ok not the best short staff which it couldn't be helped and kitchen closed doesn't help with the kids wanting to eat so short stay

Nice change of scenery if you would typically go to an indoor playground. For parents' convenience, there is no screaming music.

Good little place for kids at an affordable price on rainy days.More suitable for 10 and under.Only negative were the amount of leaks on the play mats and trampolines that were a little dangerous for the little kids causing them to slip.Otherwise all a d all good fun for the price and friendly staff.

Great place. The staff are very friendly. The slides are very fast and smooth. Probably the most fun I've had on a slide in my adult years. My toddler liked the movie room the most. The price is very affordable. I can see us coming more often.

First time to awesome bounce today. Thought it was great for the kids. Neat area for the under 5's. Will be going back again when school is back on so that we can take advantage of it being less busy.

A little bit of fun for everyone 1st time visiting with my niece and she had a blast all the kids seemed to be having a wonderful time. Rooms for catering to parties and all seemed reasonably priced. Little Cafe and seating area for the parents to chill. Coffee was burnt so didn't taste good but otherwise a cool place

Wow, Hired the big blue slide for my sons 5th bday. It is abit above my budget but well worth the fun and smiles we got from all the kids. Im so happy with the service, communication and setup was on time. I definitely highly recommend this company and will be back next birthday i organise.Many thanksSamantha

I took my child there owing to a Low Sensory session advertised on Tuesdays. I couldn’t decipher the age range before going. My son is 11 and the other kids were of a similar age, so he didn’t look out of place. I’d say 12/13 upwards would get bored. For my boy he had an awesome time. They blew up 4 bouncy castles, there were trampolines and a smallish indoor play area. Plus a smaller play area for age 5 and below. There were lots of designated seating areas for parties (at this weekly session they were all empty). There is a small onsite cafe that offers snacks and the usual hot dogs. I didn’t order food but got a coffee for me and a soft drink for my son. The staff were very friendly and helpful. As the evening wore on it was cold inside (for people not bouncing!) so I’d recommend a warm jacket. I hadn’t even considered that. There was plenty of parking. Outside lighting wasn’t great (for going from the car up the ramp) so relied on my phone torch. We’ll definitely go again, we commuted from the Hutt so travel is easy now with the new highway and the experience was worth it.
