We have been permanent residents of New Zealand since the early 2000's. Being offered a job overseas, we leff for several years with the hope of one day returning. When given the opportunity, one of our priorities was getting back into Halswell Health with our former doctor. We were welcomed back and continue to find Halswell Health to be well equipped to handle all of our family's needs.

there are some very nice doctors but recently have been put with a new doctor with out my consent, they were the rudest, most unhelpful doctor i have ever come across. I requested my notes to find he had put a load of lies about the consultation and what he had done for me was completely untrue, my wife who attended with me was absolutely disgusted with his behavior, as a result of not wanting to ever go back there again I ended up in A and E

500 dollars in a year and no answers just ignored my requests thats a lot of money and i go to a public place for 5 dollars and they find out the issues and are finally doing tests for me but all i have got from here is treated like its in my head and billed for help i never got and if something has been seriously wrong with me I've just been ignored by the one place i thought i could go to and get medical help

They have a new telephone system that makes it near impossible to get through and from what I wad told the issues are ongoing. I am trying to make an appointment and keep getting cut off not the first time this has happened. Why is something that essential not being fixed?

My Dr here is so awesome. She has helped me out and I can always contact her through the myindici website which is also awesome and easy to use

Terrible can't get hold of anyone. Can't see your normal doctor for 2 weeks or in fact any doctor for 5 days. This practice is guilty of taking on too many patients with no thought as to how to service them!

Are you aware that it says you open at 8am on Google and the phones say you're closed after 8am when trying to make an appointment?

Today I've tried to book an appointment with sore ear. Due to have no rat test at home they wouldn't give me an appointment. Not helpful.

Absolutely fantastic place to go if you want to wait 45min-1hr past your appointment time. Such a great spot to go if you want to waste your day away! Cant recommend it enough!!! Better yet when you complain about waiting they tell you you're wrong and its not their fault! Outstanding service !!!!!!!
