Great Experience, First time we have been to Dentist in NZ. Staffs are very polite, Special Thanks to Receptionist, Excellent customer service.

Absolutely loved the friendliness and professionalism of all those at Victoria Dentists. Every visit was pleasant and I felt as though Dr Richard had my best interests at heart, which he did. Debbie was always friendly and helpful and changing appointment times wasn't a problem. The personal touch made me feel like I was known and valued. I love the result that has happened to my teeth. I am so glad I decided to do it! Thank you Dr Richard.

I just had my first visit at the Victoria Dentists today. Lu at reception was really kind and friendly.I have frequently visited some really good dentists all over the world (Singapore, Swiss, Thai, China and India) but it's my first time to write a testimonial because Dr. James who helped with my scaling and polishing today was truly commendable. He was a lot more attentive towards my oral hygiene than anyone by far, he was very friendly and truly professional. The effects of his hard work just shows up in the end when I look at my teeth.Truly awesome team and very attentive despite of me being one of the last customers for the day.I highly recommend them to anyone.Thank you team Victoria Dentists.

Everyone at Victoria Dentists were superb in their service, from hygienists to dentistry. I had some difficult work to get done, and Richard recommended a prior course of treatment that might make the ultimate desired treatment able to be performed. It had the desired effect, and towards the end as I had to leave to go overseas they bent over backwards to get me in good shape before that. Great skill, great service. Thank you!!

Great service! Lovely staff and a very friendly environment. I am extremely impressed by the service I received from Richard and his team. The exam was very thorough and my dad is left knowing exactly what the next plan was for histeeth & gums. It was his first experience at the dentist in NZ and it is absolutely a great experience, the problem was solved in the same day and the whole team were fabulous. professional and friendly. Thoughtful about which treatment was needed, not selling something we didn't require. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Painless experience, when I did feel a bit of pain, the dentist and the dental assistant made sure I was completely comfortable, and talked with me until I was calm.
