Te Omanga Hospice

So once again, my family is very grateful and appreciate your efforts to go the extra mile in showing how much you care for Laurence.Despite the challenges we are currently facing, we feel so blessed with the tremendous support we had received from the hospice staff who shine so brightly and made a difference to our lives.

A very well presented facility, beautiful rooms which are well appointed, friendly helpful staff taking excellent care of the patients needs, nice meals for patients, facilities available for family or friends when visiting, lots of parking and easy to find on Woburn Road, Lower Hutt, 100% for providing a peaceful and relaxing place for those needing this service

Went to visit a dear friend after work, after 7pm. It was our first time so when we could not find help, decided to make a phone call. The person who answered sounded a bit short, then after hearing our reason for calling, abruptly hung up. As we approached the entrance again, she met us and appeared unhappy to be disturbed. Who have you come to visit?" she was loud and unfriendly. "Who?" Just take a seat and I will .... " and she disappeared behind the doors. It was quite a shock. A very kind and friendly RN came a little later and took us in to see our friend."

I may be biased, because they are a long term customer and I fund raise for them, however when my own mother needed their special care, they did everything I could have asked (other than curing the cancer!!!). Keep up the exceptional work.

They are really brilliant at helping people through to the end of life. The care from staff is faultless.

Brand new place, great staff, great service
