Dr Han Choi did a great job removing my wisdom teeth. Very little side effects after the fact (minimal swelling, no pain, no bleeding once I got home) and was very quick to respond when I had any questions about what was and wasn't normal.

I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed under GA 3 weeks ago. The surgery went smoothly however I developed dry socket.Dr Rajiv Rajpal was absolutely amazing with my after care and made my recovery as comfortable at it could be.All staff at NSOMS were great! Definitely recommend.

As a very nervous patient I was made comfortable and very well looked after. Each step of the procedure was explained clearly. Everything was on time as booked. I felt my patient care was excellent.My only concern was I wasn’t made aware I would need to collect pharmacy prescriptions on the way home. I photoed and sent them to pharmacy but was told they were too hard to read and bar code was missing. This was a problem as I was on my own and had no one to go to collect medication. Luckily my daughter arrived from Hawkes Bay and went out to collect them .I had two follow up calls to check my well being which were appreciated.

Very friendly and professional! Very slick and state of the art facility. The surgeon I had was very clear and explained the procedure well. And the rest of the nurses and staff were very friendly and courteous also. I couldn’t fault NSOMS in any way.

Do you need your wisdom teeth out? You should avoid NSOMS.I have been incredibly disappointed by my experience with NSOMS and my wisdom teeth removal, especially after reading so many good reviews. I was quoted multiple times leading up to my surgery, but two weeks before my surgery I received a new quote for $800 more (nearly a 20% price increase!). When I brought this up with them they agreed to honor the original quote(s), only to go ahead and charge me an extra $850 post surgery - conveniently within their terms and conditions. Post surgery, neither the surgeon, nurses, nor admin staff advised me of any extra costs incurred during surgery, so I can only assume this extra $850 was a sneaky way to make up the new" quote and bypass my initial complaint.The surgery results are awful. I had the surgery in November last year and my chin and lower teeth are STILL numb and lack full feeling. It affects how I talk

Perfect experience !Had a terrible extraction with another place 4 months ago so was rattled to be getting a wisdom tooth removed.The team at NSMOS were professional and calming from start to finish. Happy to recommend.

I had 4 wisdom teeth removed and was a great experience, all of the staff are incredible and kind and take the time to explain everything and make sure you feel comfortable, would definitely recommend!

I genuinely questioned whether my wisdom teeth were removed as I had no pain, no swelling and no discomfort. All 4 removed without even having to use the pain relief and ice packs that were given to me. Dr Han Choi is a magician.

After hearing about other people's experience, I feel like I definitely had a premium service here. All the staffs are experienced and well knowledged. The process was smooth and easy. Highly recommend

NSOMS is amazing I was pretty nervous as I’d never been under before but they handled everything so well. Also they left great instructions for my recovery as well. Couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough
