Took my sons beloved TedE Bear to get repaired after our Labrador chewed on him. They did a great job and really took care of our TedE, my son was really happy with the result and is now tucked up in bed hugging his bear again. Thank you!

Thank you so much to all the surgeons at Auckland dolls hospital for the great work on my beloved Howard! We are so thankful to have him in good health again as it was so heartbreaking to watch a man with such an active life style lose the ability to walk! Whilst he will be taking it easy for a little while after such a scare, we are both very excited to get back out to our adventures! Thanks again, will recommend to anyone else who's small wooden loved ones run into trouble!

A few years ago I had a great experience with the team at Wrightway fixing an intricate bone carving. Unfortunately, a recent interaction wasn't so great, with the receptionist being rude, negative and unhelpful which has made me go elsewhere this time. Had I not had the earlier positive experience this would have been a one star review.

I would highly recommend the Auckland Dolls Hospital as they repaired my 1950's doll and she has come up absolutely beautiful. Their communication during the repair was fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any other repairs to anyone of my dolls.

Have just picked up my 60 plus year old teddybear and Pedigree Walkie Talkie doll from the Auckland Dolls Hospital after they have been repaired. I am absolutely thrilled with the results. Can not recommend the company highly enough. Thank you so much.

First time here and was blown away. Great people doing exceptional work.Was permitted to look around the workshop and all i can say is wow.Such workmanship is a cut above the rest.

I arrived with my 73 year old mum today who had two walkie talkie dolls she wanted advice on if they were worth doing up, selling etc - they obviously had sentimental value to her. We were met by a staff member who made us feel unwelcome the moment we walked in and made us feel we were wasting her time.. After giving us a rushed quote by 4.30 she reminded us we had to be out of the store by 5. Disappointing.

I picked my teddy up today, was not happy with the work as teddys arm was not sitting right. When asked about it the staff member said, she had put too much stuffing in it and when requested to fix teddy's arm, she was rude and not helpful to put it right. Not happy and won't use them again. So upset
