I’ve been using Build a Birthday for 3 years now and their service and assistance is always spectacular but this year I can not be more grateful!-I had ordered a last minute package for my sons birthday this Saturday and I was worried it wasn’t going to come in time so I contacted them this morning and within a few hours I got a reply to explain why my parcel had delayed a bit (my fault for not answering my phone) but had upgraded something I’d purchased AND personally dropped my package of to me tonight to make sure I received it in time! I can not be more grateful for this act of service- to whom ever dropped it off THANK YOU so much for making sure I got it in time even though you didn’t have to, and went out of your own way to do so I cannot thank you enough.Highly HIGHLY recommend build a birthday !!! Not just for their service today, but every other time I have purchased from this store their service is AMAZING !!!Thank you Build a Birthday!

Excellent service and fantastic product.I have been looking everywhere for the Christmas Elves. But due to it being 10th January they are all packed up. I found Build a birthday on line. I ordered 3 of the Elves on Sunday, They arrived in my letterbox on Tuesday. The product is quality and they are exactly as the description. In fact better than I expected. I fully recommend this company. Very good to deal with and I trust their products.

Jumped online to purchase inflated super shape balloon for my granddaughter and I totally mucked the order up. Gave Build a Birthday a call to sort out my mistake. Huge shout out to Faye who could not help me enough. Not only that, one of her staff members offered to hand deliver this balloon so it arrived on time. Highly recommend. Thank you

My parcel was late due to the post where I live mucking about, I didn’t even have to contact build a birthday to let them know I hadn’t received yet they called me first told me all the steps they had made to get it to me ASAP. My order was out of the door the day after ordering online. Was great fast service and the goods are better than expected! Good quality, good prices and really cool stuff (Dino moulds and cookie cutters for example and real lovely metallic Dino shaped candles and alllll the other themed stuff!) very happy, making this birthday a breeze - would use again.
