Sharon worked on my shoulder injury and gave me simple exercises so I managed to avoid surgery that would have meant 10 weeks off work. The chronic pain went away and I got full function back. I also had hip and lower back treatments that meant I could function while waiting for my hip operation. They printed out diagrams of my exercises and I found their tens machine really helped with the pain. The rooms are very clean and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly.
