Waitstaff was inattentive and indifferent. Cheeseburger was extremely overdone. Duck breast was not available so they subbed a very thin leg. Sauce was good but barely enough meat to taste. Fries were terrific and accompanying sauce was very good. With no warning until waitress presented bill they added 2.5% for payment by credit card. The manager explained that that 90% of customers were tourists and most restaurants in Queenstown do this. Not sure how this explains a hidden charge at an upscale restaurant that could build the fee into their menu prices. Could they have just discovered what the rest of the world has known for decades, that credit card companies charge a fee?

What a great spot and VIEW! Cozy, perfect ambiance for Queenstown. Stop by for a fantastic drink and their famous chowder. Highly recommend for a relaxing stop in the afternoon. Staff was really nice as well. Just remember this is the bar not the grille which is right next door!

I could say they prepare the best cocktails in town.We ordered a few and all of them were so good, specially the apple pie one.Danielle was very kind and friendly.Shaun, the bartender, made us very happy with his cocktails.The place is very cozy and nice. Great atmosphere and location.They serve food too but not until late.I'll be back for sure.

Unfortunately, very slow and bored service. There were four of us and we didn't get our drinks at the same time. The white wine was very warm (but was immediately corrected on complaint). Wine was also not refilled. Additional bread was not served on request - only a complete dish (with three slices of bread for four people).The food was very high quality and also delicious! Great praise to the chef! Location is also very nice.Summary: Perfect for a starter / drink, but no recommendation for full dinner.

I come here every single day when I’m down in Queenstown. This is probably the best bar I’ve ever been to. Food and cocktails are absolutely delicious (especially the famous chowder) and the prices are actually very reasonable for what you get. But the best bit is I always feel so well looked after by the amazing staff. Love you guys!!!

Nice upscale tapas. Had a good selection of wines and a good wine trio tasting option. Service was good, food came quickly.Our dishes were nicely presented and tasty.We did not try any cocktails

This is a small venue that can stay maybe 7 or so parties. I came in for dinner and ordered 3 tapas for myself. There portions are appropriately prices for the size. The waiter said that they are famous for their chowder which came with warm bread. The chowder didn't stand out for me. I did also prefer the pork cheeks which paired wonderfully with the sauce. This had a great crunch and flavor. My favorite was the lamb ribs which was cooked so tenderly that the meat just fell off the bones and I didn't have to get my hands dirty. This was very full in flavor and had a tiny bit of spice. Loved it.

Mostly delicious tapas bar. We ordered 6 dishes and 5 were delicious. The 6th was a little bland. We had a cocktail and a wine and they were delicious. The cocktail was incentive, and quite amazing. I never really enjoyed dissecting the different flavours in a drink more. The room is a little cold despite the fire but there are blankets at every table. Very industrial design with friendly service.

What terrible waiting staff! Very bored, rude and can’t get a simple drinks order right because they are too busy being bored and rude! A sign of the times where you can no longer get good staff, however management should be looking at these reviews as the same was written 3 weeks ago. You would think they would try to rectify but obviously not important. Whiskey was lovely but because of the wait staff we wont be back.
