An excellent selection of takeaway sweet treats - I highly recommend the banoffee donut, chocolate cake shake, and chocolate chip sea salt cookie. I also tried the new cinnamon roll today, another win! They also have a wide range of vegan options (but no gluten free - possibly some of the shakes are but I doubt it would be coeliac friendly as everything is made onsite). The staff are always friendly, even when they’re under the pump at busy times.

My partner and I have been many times for your donuts, fudge and macarons. Can’t fault them! Unfortunately your customer service is average (speaking from retail management experience). Today it was terrible. We came into town today as your opening time online and on the shop door says 9am. At 9:10am the doors were closed and the window was open. There was a woman behind the counter wearing sunglasses, looking very unpleased to be there. My partner asked when the store would be open and she rudely pointed to the door, to which my partner responded “it says 9am?” She said nothing and let him stand there waiting for a response. So we walked away… It doesn’t take much to say “sorry I’m running late this morning, can you come back in 5 minutes?” Your team needs to up their customer service.

Amazing Stuffed donuts and fudge, worth the money they were delicious. Very expensive place but i got a skittles milkshake for $7.90 and it came out and it was smaller than a small you can get from Mcdonald’s. It did not have much taste either it tasted like milk not so much skittles. So disappointed. The young lady that took my order was quite rude as well, She was giving attitude and I was thinking about my order and she. kept staring at me and asking what i wanted but i was unsure just yet. She then just said here, and gave it and she just wasn’t polite overall. Very disappointed.

Good quality doughnuts, but real let down on the milkshakes. 50 flavours sets bar real high and compared to what I got… Can’t really called blending a chocolate bar in milk a flavour milkshake

They were closing for the day but happily still served me I purchased 2 toffee pop milkshakes they were delicious and it had real cream on top none of that shake and spray cream in a can. Service was excellent, definitely going back to try some of their other products at some stage.
