had a really lovely and speedy experience with linda! usually taking my blood is quite difficult, but it was over in five minutes and she was super friendly:-)

Testing services are fine but they cannot provide the testing results in time. I paid 75 dollars for “express service” which means I will get my result in 24hours. However, it took them for at least 40hours to send me the result by email. I have to collect the hard copy by myself， and eventually I missed the plane.

Worst customer service, they haven’t even updated the Google map. It’s not in the Wellington hospital or either SCL building.

Extremely slow and underresourced. Expect a wait of at least half an hour.

The nurses here are super lovely, patient and understanding. I would definitely recommend going here to anyone who gets nervous about blood tests.
