TV technician Phil seemed friendly enough,& although they gave me a worst case scenario quote up front,I feel that paying up nearly $200 just for basically pickup,a possibly quick inspection & disposal is a bit too high considering a brand new 55 inch+ TV can be brought for less than a $1000 these days.I think if there's a next time,I will shop around more & compare quotes.

Poor service, would not recommend. Said to me over phone they would not charge to transport TV to their workshop. When partner brought it in, they charged her. Did not fix the TV.

Phil and Sonya went above and beyond for us. Our TV needed looking at. Phil came round and diagnosed it straight away to need a replacement. Service was as efficient as the production line allowed. Delivery of the new one was more than asked. Phil gave his time to help set it up and gave some great tips on functionality. Weeks later, we needed to move house and they wrangled an old box for us. Something came up that we could not collect on the day and Phil squeezed in a drop off on his very full and busy days.Thank you so much for being so available to take my calls, friendly with my odd requests and efficient with your service. 10/10 would recommend!Sacha

Sonia, we wanted to thank you and your company and especially Phil for your outstanding service.In the first instance you responded to my email really quickly and Phil was so helpful and informative the whole way through.We wouldn't have known that we might get a replacement as the TV was out of the warranty, so having your company as a Panasonic approved service meant you could represent us to Panasonic and ask for a replacement due to the LED being faulty after only 4.5yrs. What a surprise when you called to say a new one was on its way!Having Phil come out to install the new one and set everything up regarding the picture and sound was something we didn't even know needed to be done, but we are confident we now have the tv set up to deliver the maximum experience due to his reassurance and attention.The communication within the company is obviously awesome as well as he said he'd ask you to send us a proof of purchase for the replacement and voila, here it is!We will certainly be recommending you to our friends. Either their technicians are incredibly incompetent, or they just like ripping people off! They charge $35 upfront whether they fix anything or not. Well my sat box sat in their shop for 4 months while they did nothing! I kept ringing them to get updates and they just kept giving excuses like the technician is sick, or they are looking for parts etc.. After 4 months I demanded to know when I could get my sat box back, they said it would cost me over $200 to get a new power supply. I said no thanks, and took back the unit. I decided to have a look at the power supply myself, and saw right away there were a couple bad capacitors with the tops bulging. Bought replacement caps for under $6, and had a computer tech install them for me for $20. The sat box is now going well. So I would steer clear of Advanced Television Services in future, and warn others to do the same.

Great service, Friendly, Knowledgable and will definitely use in the future. Fixed our TV on site and set it up for better picture quality.

Very impressed. The person who came out was so knowledgeable and explained what they were doing at all stages of their process. Initially, I was informed that the TV would probably have to be taken away to be checked however, not only did they fix the issue there and then but they also sorted out all the settings that hadn't been set correctly by the initial installer. TV operates like a new TV.In addition, they were able to adjust their schedule to accommodate an urgent errand I had to run. Happy to recommend from my personal experience.
