Today I have another pleasant experience in store with Victoria and her team.They helped to sort out the installation issue of my exec car seat.Installation of the exec not really user friendly but I do appreciate all the effort they made.Victoria's customer servicing is awesome as usual.Highly recommend (except the manager Kita).

First and last time purchasing from this company. $670 purchase was sent as a pre used and broken product. Sent an email with photos only to be told it's not their problem and that I need to claim under warranty with the overseas brand and have them see if they want to replace it. It was not a warranty claim they sent a faulty product it is there responsibility to replace it. So now I have an item that is unusable and taking up space in my house because they refuse to have anything to do with it.Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I've never posted a bad review of a company in my life but people need to be aware this company does not honour the consumers gaurantees act. I have never had such bad service from a New Zealand company before.

Such an awesome store! The staff is super helpful. They have a great variety of amazing items here, clothes, accessories, car seats and strollers. They stock such and awesome brands like Joolz and Stokke. This place is worth a visit if you are preparing to be a parent, or already one.

We visited on a weekend to look at prams and were helped by Jessica who was wonderful! She took us through all the options, demonstrating each one, comparing them and helped us check which would best fit in our car.Very knowledgeable about all the products without being overwhelming and made for a really productive visit. Rare to come away from a shopping experience with customer service exceeding expectation! 5* to Jessica.Will be back in the new year to make our final decision.

A very high-end baby store in Newmarket.The products are of the highest quality and well worth it.They rarely have sales or drop their prices.Staff are extremely knowledgeable. This shop stocks products that other baby stores don't.We bought our baby car seat from here. Yes we did pay a little more than the ones from other shops, but the ease of use, the buckles, safety rating, easiness to fasten, sturdiness etc just makes it worth those extra dollars.

DO NOT GO HERE! I wanted to love their product so much, matter of fact I did for the first month before it turned into a death trap. Aside from the fact it was a pain to put together and after a couple weeks there was a whole ripped in the door from cheap netting- You even put the slightest amount and pressure on the bars, and they will give out on the entire side and you will fall through it just like I did. I’m glad it was myself and not my son But still ridiculous how easily it all collapsed. Very sharp pieces flew everywhere which was a not so fun scavenger hunt to make sure my baby does not pick up.

Don’t bother with this store despite being established in an area where you’d expect the mark up to come with good customer service/after sales service or the filter of quality products.We purchased an Oricom baby monitor along with many other items which the sales don’t have much or any knowledge of.The particular Oricom baby monitor’s resolution is not from this decade nor is the sound quality, what’s even worse is the longevity of battery life and overall life of the device. The camera needs to be plugged in at all times to operate and the monitor battery lasts only a few hours. The device we bought only lasted a month before the camera & monitor stopped syncing despite being right next to eachother.We brought the device back to Dimples with video of the devices not syncing which was met with the manufacturer or distributor’s contact and was told to contact them instead.After contacting the given contact we were given an email to show Dimples which we were told could be changed for store credit.Being absolutely disappointed with the quality of the $500+ product obviously we asked for store credit at Dimples, which was denied and told the best they could do was replace the product.The run around was not necessary and really tells us how responsible this store is in terms of customer service

Dimples is amazing! Last week I arrived in a panic at 4.30pm and needed help installing my car seat. The lady who helped me (wish I knew her name) was so kind. Their customer service is just wow. I didn’t have an appointment (I should have!) and they were due to close at 5pm but that wasn’t even mentioned!! Instead I was greeted with the friendliest smile and offered help straight away. The small cost to install was worth every cent. I bought my car seat from Dimples and had it installed 2 years ago but needed help to re install after I removed it. Highly recommend Dimples, they go the extra mile

Absolutely top-notch customer service and experience at Dimples every time. Have been here several times to browse or purchase things and the staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They take the time to explain everything to you and don’t disregard you in any way. Our pre-ordered stroller has been delayed a couple of times and we are still waiting for it, but their communication has been excellent and they even went above and beyond to provide us an alternative to have on hand until our pram arrives! Lovely range of products that are often high-end but we haven’t regretted any of our purchases here as the quality products are worth it and their service here doesn’t disappoint!! Goodypoints are a great incentive too! Love the parking in front of the shop- one less thing to stress about! Please keep doing what you’re doing:)
