Had such a great experience here, probably the best customer service I've had all year. Shout out to Ya ting, who helped us look for a table lamp and then the perfect led light bulb to go with it. She was professional, friendly and helpful the whole time! Will definitely be back when we need anything else!

Selection of floor lamps was good. Service was great. Knowledgeable, happy to talk about the different styles/options, but not following us around like a dog which I appreciate. Bought two floor lamps which go well for both spaces we needed them for.

Purchased a light over there. The light is great. The store looks great. Staff members not so helpful and not very knowledgeable. They lost the screws when removing the demo light.... While shopping experience was not great. I believe when the manager is in the store thing will be better

Good range of interesting lighting options, but the main benefit is Max, the store manager. He not only knows his stuff but is super helpful and friendly. It was a joy sorting out our lights for our renovation here.
