Excellent customer service!! Cannot fault it at all. Very easy, dropped off and got an email when my clothes were ready to collect. Could pick up at any time during the open hours and again customer service was fantastic! Even got a discount being my first time. Clothes came back beautiful with no issues or damage. Highly recommend and will use again.

Regal Dry cleaners Takapuna drycleaned a number of the winter jumpers and cardigans I had recently been wearing overseas. The garments were made of merino and high quality wools. Regal drycleaned them all beautifully.

These guys are fantastic! I needed a quote on an item which turns out could not be dry-cleaned - but the kind woman at the front desk prepared a statement saying as much for my insurance purposes. Totally free of charge. This is great customer service - I will definitely use them from now on for my dry cleaning needs!

Went to fetch some clothing for my boss. Was really impressed with the customer service and job done so decided to take my alterations to them. Great service. Convenient parking. Have to say the lady behind the counter is the most professional and friendly person. Would highly recommend them.

Went to another dry cleaners closer to home, but they said they couldn’t remove the stains. Took my clothes into Regal and they did a bang up job, professional staff and clear communications on pricing, timings and availability. Awesome experience, would use again.

After having a pretty terrible experience with the first dry cleaners I went to for my wedding dress I decided to do my research and go to Regal for my reception dress. And I’m so glad I did! Helpful and warm staff and so reasonably priced. Done within a week and great communication all round. Thanks for the great service guys :)
