I love my school and my teachers. Very LGBT friendly.

The school is very interesting, I will say that there is no dresscode whatsoever so if there's someone with a lot of cleavage showing, it's allowed. Teens cosplaying or dressed up as animals, also allowed. Going to school in PJs? Allowed, literally you can wear anything. The teachers are not bad but the guidance with education is alright, it's a hit or miss

It's clean, the environment is calm and you're able to focus and get more work done as well as feeling like you have freedom and respect from your teachers. You're also allowed to just go to the bathroom, you don't need to ask for permission from your teachers which is a plus.

L Whanga College better (only doing this because some fool did it to us, otherwise great school)

I attended this school, Facilties are meh, the school is not built for high achieving students who need more structures. Teachers aren’t capable to give those students more guidance. There is no reward for early graduation or high grades, not even recognition by teachers. The bathrooms are okay, I’ve seen them quite messy but generally they are good. The resources are great, school as many tools and equipment for projects which really helps for their impact systems. The school boasts freedom for their students but really you have to jump through countless hoops to get what you requested, alternatively you can have freedom if you have a chronic or terminal illness. If you are a creative person this school so for you, if you are detailed oriented and prefer structure for success, perhaps consider somewhere else. If you are a parent reading this review, don’t be fooled by the open evenings, going to this school is a different experience (obviously) doesn’t mean this school is bad. It’s just not for everyone.

One of the best schools I have ever been to, I am guaranteed to have never finished level 3 without the amazing teachers and previous principal. The current principal is questionable and trying to make this wonderful unique well thought out school into a traditional school but I have left on time before too many changes were implemented and have yet to see what becomes of it. Would still highly recommend

this school teaches you how to become a dropout, wonderful school. would rate higher but now that i dont have a job becuase of this school i can only afford a 2 dollar nokia phone from the china marketplace

A brilliant school; supportive and helpful staff, excellent facilities, an environment that makes you want to learn, focusing on the arts and sports too, not just academic subjects. A really good school.
