Great place for a building to be put in place

They have been good so far in the process.

The team at CHT Developments were excellent, they listened and delivered the product we wanted. From the start of the build to completion was only 3 months (which is outstanding). They communicated well, kept us informed every step. They have posted updated photos as they progressed through the development and build - which meant we didn't have to drive to the property to see what was happening. I recently engaged CHT to build my house. They were professional and prompt throughout the process and delivered a high quality and affordable build that was much more price competitive than comparable competitors. They worked with me to design the floor plan and made lots of great suggestions to make my house as lovely as possible within my budget. Highly recommended.

We started to clear site for subdividing a section and building our dream home with CHT in this mid Feb. CHT provided prices and schedule for a turnkey home which was only delayed by one month. Although there are variations on excavation work and drainage work which totally depend on soil, there is no changes to other budget apart from our own upgrades on the house. Regarding to the materials delays and shortages, we are so glad that our build completed in Oct. Now all the earthworks have done, we just wait for planner to complete the title. I believe our case shows how well HTC is.We are so happy with the experience with CHT. They are such a great team.
