My mother (a long term sufferer from clinical depression) has been a client of MSHOA for years. I find it bewildering that right in the middle of Covid pandemic MSHOA has made a decision to discharge Mum from their service (is clinical depression curable??) which sent her condition downhill. Absolutely devastated. This system is a failure.

Absolutely kind and professional, and able to cope with all sorts of extra nursing issues as they arise during scheduled visits. Reception is also most gentle and non judgemental when you make bookings mistakes
