50$ for a return shuttle, this is expensive but at least you can do the full hike track.Crossing shuttles period goes from October to Mai, regarding the weather.

Convenient, quick, good communication, definitely would rebook. Service was as described and they're super responsive and accommodating. Big plus for how hot the bus was on the return as we were all frozen to the core haha.

The hiking experience was worth the steep price for the shuttle. They did what they advertised and were friendly. Seems like every company in the area charges similar rates so I’m not sure you can get around paying for a shuttle if you want to complete the whole hike.

Convenient service if you cannot arrange it yourself. Although I understand why.. the price of a single ride is high compared to return ticket. 45 vs 50 dollar

Great service. Very easy to use. Left our car at the Park N Ride in National Park, then caught the shuttle to/from Tongariro Crossing. Timings at the end of the hike for pick up are pretty flexible, so don't stress if the bus arrives 15 mins early or late. You'll enjoy the rest anyway!

It's is 25 nzd per driver. Basically you drop all your passenger at the start of the track, then you drive and park your car at the car park at the end of the track. And the shuttle then takes you back to the starting point of the track. That way, you don't have to worry about finishing on time, because you have your car at the track end car park.

Contact on the phone was very friendly and informative. Also the bus driver was very nice. But there are some negative arguments.1) shuttle times on the website are not up to date2) they were pretty late. We waited 20 minutes for our shuttle after the scheduled time until they arrive in the afternoon. After the arrival we waited even longer for more customer to arrive. And we also waited in the morning 30 minutes with temperatures around 0C degrees.3) absolutely NO space in the bus. Also the bus seems a very bit old. They even have NO SEATBELTS!!! Guys this is a huge safety issue!!4) it’s not clear which bus you have to take for pick up in the afternoon. There arrive a lot of busses so you have to run between them and keep asking which is your bus. A small sign in the window would help!

We used the shuttle which was great getting there, guy was very friendly going up and chatty and the car would be at the end of the track which is great. The weather wasnt too good so i asked one of the workers if they thought it was ok to do, they said it was based on the met weather and said it should clear so we decided to try. We got just before red crater before we had to turn back as it was very foggy, windy and rainy. Lots of people turning back saying its alot worse up higher. Even a guide said he didnt think it was going to clear and would proberly turn back (which he did) Once back at the start we got the shuttle back which we had to pay for. That wasnt an issue although they charged $50pp which was more than we had paid to park our car and get the shuttle there. When i questioned it they said yer but coming back is $50each rather rudely. They driver then proceeded to tell the bus that we should have just carried on as its more sheltered on the other side of red crater. Im surprised they are allowed to let people go up when the weather is like that. Obviously our decision to do it in the end but we thought it wasnt very safe to carry on and to be charged that much and be told we should have carried on really annoyed not only us but other people on the bus.
