The most disgraceful KFC in bloody history!! Don’t have all the ingredients - no communication that meals will be missing things or offered a substitute. Asked the manager to finish making my meal only to be ignored and looked at like I was requesting the world? This happens EVERY time we go there, always something missing, always ignored by staff at the counter, always disappointed. Will never spend money here again!!

The lady who served me was fantastic. What a pleasure to have such friend helpful customer service (I've found it lacking just about everywhere lately) so it was really lovely to have such great service. I hope she's treated well.

Waited half an hour at the doorway, still watched only two people get served. Toilets were locked so could not use. KFC is always yum. But don't go here in a hurry. Kebab store up the road is far quicker and just as delicious

Staff didn't seem to want to be there, no one was taking the lead and service was slow even though there were more workers than customers. The girl serving us was polite and apologized for the wait. Worst of all the place was filthy. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day

I was waiting for ages then told someone else had picked up my order. They made up another order quickly. Only liked the chicken. The chips were bland and the burger bun tasted stale. Would only buy chicken in future.

Waited for 5 mins at the drive thru to take an order. Nothing. Waste of time. Can’t even keep the restaurant open at night! Place shouldn’t be licensed by restaurant brands

Avoid it! Food poisoning waiting to happen. Place is always filthy and they're always understaffed and the staff they do have don't don't wanna be there. One worker walks around with a speaker blasting her music and I mean blasting. Gotta be one of the worst run kfcs in nz.
