We tried selling the house through another very well known real estate company and switched to Ray White. Our experience with James Shepherd was fantastic and a real breath of fresh air. It was refreshing to have someone honest looking after us, who genuinely had an interest in us and who also looked after potential buyers. We achieved an excellent sale that we're delighted with.

I am extremely disappointed with the services of Ray White property management group based at Ferrymead, Christchurch. Due to their negligence and unprofessionalism towards me and my family regarding to the returning of the bond, which was our right to have due to the conclusion of the rental agreement. Me and my family had followed the correct procedures after discussions with the property manager Ray Hastie, but his management team were not truthful to us after we had contacted them several times. This caused an unpleasant and financial inconvenience to my family due to their unprofessional behaviour.
