Omega Rental Cars - Auckland Airport Car Hire

Has a good variety of cars to choose from and the cheapest i found with my flights! When i got to Auckland airport i only had to make a call, a short walk to the pick up area and only waited 10 mins. It was a quick hand over of the keys (paid my bond and after hours shuttle bus fee then signed papers and i was on my way) we checked the car together and i was off (into peak hour traffic lol) staff were friendly throughout the whole process, including when i called from Australia before my trip to check everything. The car was better than i thought i would have got (for the price i paid) roomy and good size boot room as well, clean, good on gas and i done a lot of travelling on it! No issues what so ever and easy to drop off after hours! I will definitely go through them again.

We hired a 2013 Toyota Vitz from Auckland Airport for 8 days. The car was excellent. Economical, reasonably clean, low cost to hire, easy to drive and plenty of room for 2 adults, plus bags. The Omega staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was with the pickup and drop-off times. The contract showed our pickup & drop-off times as 10:00 am. However, our flight arrived at 3:20 pm and we were struggling to pickup the car by 5 pm, when their office closes. After hours pickup is available at Park n Fly, however the contract needs to be signed and returned during NZ office hours. It is partly my fault that I did not ask Omega to update the contract pickup time earlier. When they did email the contract to me, I was already at the airport, getting ready to depart. Despite all this, I would definitely recommend Omega to others.

Renting a car through Omega was a breeze. We picked it up without hassle from Auckland airport and dropped it off in Wellington. Again no hassles. Only smiles.The car itself was fine. Very clean and easy to drive.

This is my first experience renting a car in New Zealand and lucky that I choose omega the handing over process was very smooth and it only took less than 10 minutes after I been picked up from auckland airport I rented a small car and the car is pretty reliable after long distance travelling pick up with full tank of fuel and return with full tank of fuel highly recommended for overseas travellers

We definitely had a great time during our recent travel to Auckland with Omega Car Rentals. The booking was so smooth and on arrival at the airport, we were picked up by the free shuttle service which operates 24 h and on return, we availed the after hours car return. Service was superb, staff were informative and the rental price was reasonably great. I would definitely recommend Omega.

We expected in this day and age for the rental car to have a gps ,this was not the case and as we picked it up out of normal office hours ,the out of hours people did not have one available for hire.Other than that and because we are old ,we can still read road maps,we had a great time and the SNAP hire company staff where efficient and helpful.Mind you a service manual in Japanese made for difficult reading.

We have used Omega for all our visits to Auckland since 2016. The friendly, local services has kept us coming back for more. Easy to use, quick to pick us up upon arrival and take us back to airport when ready to depart. All good!
