Great service. Lower prices. Lots of refurbished printers for cheap. All reasons I stayed loyal when the owners relocated from Albany to Torbay. Highly recommend.

Purchased a brand new cartridge toner from Tonerworld not long ago. Only lasts few prints and it shows on my screen as ''Toner life end''''Replace cartridge toner'' and it won't even make one printing at all. Told me to reset my printer when there's nothing wrong with my printer, and the reset didn't work at all.My previous toner purchased from Warehouse Stationary lasts for years and even with the ''Replace cartridge toner'' warning showing up, it still printed out hundreds of papers until it actually died.Lessons learnt, will NEVER purchase from Tonerworld again!!!!!Finally got my money back via Paypal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought the refill kit. Ink spilled in the printer. We had to keep refilling and print quality was terrible. Then my printer crashed due to us not using original ink. We didn't know about this. We reset and tried everything. Bought new and original ink, but still nothing. Had to buy a new printer.
