Dannevirke Volunteer Fire Brigade
Dannevirke Volunteer Fire Brigade is one of the busiest Volunteer Fire Brigades in New Zealand. As well as serving the local community, it covers a large section of State Highway 2. Covering a wide range of situations from fires in urban Dannevirke, to scrub fires in the rural settings, to traffic incidents on the busy roads, the brigade of local volunteers are an amazing asset to the local and wider community.
