I was very disappointed at the rudeness with which you treated my request over the phone.I have the right to know how your charges are made up.For your information (taken from the Citizens Advice Bureau Website)Invoices must have:the business’s namethe customer’s name and addressan invoice numberthe date the business sends you the invoicea description of the goods or service they provided you, for example:hours of work and hourly rate (if they provided a service)what the items are and how many (if they provided goods)the date they provided the work or goodsthe deadline for paying the invoicehow you can pay the bill (for example, a bank account number for Internet banking)To charge me an administration fee for the above, information you should have at your fingertips, is outrageous.One would expect a lot better from a business which has reasonable reviews on Google!
