Really lovely friendly female server took my drive thru order - very polite, patient and considerate and she had a clear audible voice and spoke English eloquently via speaker box.

Dine in experience is usually pretty good, although sometimes it's not the cleanest. Drive-through though for some reason I always get lukewarm food. Fries frequently unsalted. At least the service is usually good.

Today Sunday 16th July 2023 approx 11.30am I received terrible service. I ordered , no hello, how's your day, that's OK, proceeded to the window also wanted 3 soft serve cones, no not available today, I asked is it ever as this is the fourth time this year I have asked and answer NO...Service person said no more and just went back to service window...not impressed...to finish our burgers were dry

Always enjoyed a burger here. Convenient location just off the northern motorway. Plenty of parking available and the restaurant never seems to be too busy so nice to have a sit down and relax while eating and drinking the refillable soft drinks.

Not impressed. The facility and staff are fine. The food is falsely advertised and not appealing in reality. I wont be using BK again for hamburgers. Disappointing.

Good fast service and helpful staff. Food was good but a little on the cold side. No clean tables today all had some sort of food left on them.
