Terrible service. Incorrect burgers, fries stale, chicken bites dry. Very unhelpful on the phone when the order was queried. Not even worthy of 1 star. Do not eat here. You have been warned

Very disappointed. Overpriced paid $45 for some fries 2 milkshakes and 2 jam waffles and none of it was very nice. The chips were drowning in salt and were very small serving. The cheese sauce however was tasty. The dessert waffle was not nice at all and didn't have much soft serve on them at all, my partner and i took one bite and threw them away. The packaging was terrible, the chips were all through the bag along with the waffle's, jam and the ice cream that had half melted by the time I got home as nothing had lids. The shakes are extremely sweet and don't taste as they supposed to be flavord. Don't recommend at all.

One of the things I miss the most from my time in America is In-N-Out Burger and though Shake Out is different they still have some similarities having a simple menu and quality ingredients. Service was genuinely friendly and efficient with nice decor to sit and enjoy their food ✅

Really nice food, some interesting items I wasn't feeling brave enough to try. The option to remove stuff ether wasn't there or I couldn't find it. Not a fan of the cheese sauce but chocolate milkshake definitely made up for it. The counter is automated but the staff that's there are will to show the more slower people how to use the easy to use system.

The waffle ice cream sandwich was amazing. The restaurant was clean and tidy, the staff member was super friendly and helpful and very efficient given he was the only one on. Food was great and quick service, would happily visit again

Best burgers in Palmy, they're not over-sized like many fast-food chains, they deliver on taste.Chicken nuggets can be very good, I've had mixed experience with them. Shakes are always delicious.

Yummy food, I have had several burgers here and would definitely recommend them.The service is great, the staff know their food and make great recommendations for new customers.The atmosphere is quiet and warm, a place to go and have a small family meal and catch up with friends.

Always friendly staff. Delicious food. A regular takeaway for us now. Love the special burgers they bring out and the addition of being able to order a combo is great.
