I took my mobile phone samsung galaxy to fix it stayed there for a month, they don't fixed it, don't give me any update unless I called them to find out what happened every week, after all they asked me to contact Samsung as they don't knew how to fix it .

I found the service excellent right from Jenny the lady at the front desk who was friendly and explained things so clearly. My phone was repaired within the time frame they advised and I'm extremely happy. Would use them again in a heart beat.

An Update,Problem has been fixed now, Nic a really great personality and manage things well, he knows way better than his staff how to deal and please customer.Really happy with his customer service.5 stars for you mate, you deserved it.Cheers!I wish i could give rating in Negative, I spoke to a Person over the phone, her name is JENNY, she was rude and so difficult to talk with instead of giving a solution she is keep criticising Samsung, when i disagree and asked for the address of repair centre and she hangs up on me, really?? Disgusting!!!

I truly cannot speak more highly of this outfit re: how they have looked after me and my apple products with repairs under warranty and at my expense in the past. Obvioulsy, with Apple, they have to operate under very strict protocols, but they are worth their weight in gold and I know I get excellent technical work done and genuine apple parts. Reception staff esp Crystal are just amazing! Thanks heaps from Dr Mark!

The receptionist refused to get a technician. Instead she tried to troubleshoot the Wifi connectivity issue, telling me there was no issue with my laptop because it automatically connected to their Wifi.It is definitely a laptop issue as I repeatedly have Wifi issues with this new laptop. Issues that never happen with my other laptop, mobile phone or tablet.Wouldn't bother going to the Wellington office unless you want the receptionist to [not] fix your devices.

The service provided by Connect NZ is outstanding. My repair job was completed within a week. Despite the short time, Connect NZ sent me updates in relation to my repair and when it was expected to be completed.

Great job, great service. Upgraded my PC at PB tech- who said I needed to leave it with them for 2 weeks(????) to be serviced. Connect did it the next day- in one day- and actually provided a better service. Would go back 10/10.
