HUGE STORE, with the expansion into the old plant barn this place is crazy big. Staff not the most attentive though with many mastering the look down and away move as you approach so they don’t make eye contact and they can ignore you and walk away, a bit disappointing but is typical of many of these stores. Maybe not paid enough to care??

Large mitre 10 and helpful staff. For some products better selection than bunnings. I have found for rural things they cater slightly better.They have possiium traps for example which i could not find at bunnings

From our experience this store has the friendliest and generally most knowledgeable staff of any of the big box stores we've used. Coffeet shops not bad either.

Awesome experience at Mitre10 today, vast range of products on offer at great prices too (added bonus that everything we needed was in stock)Special mention to Louisa in the Kitchen/Bathroom department. Louisa is very friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure that my husband and I were taken care of throughout our entire visit.

This Mitre 10 is probably one of the biggest I have been too.The product range is much bigger than my local Mitre 10 in New Lynn. The floor space is huge. If you want to shop hardware in peace ..this might be the place. It's located opposite NZ's first Costco fuel station and parking is galore..

Believe it or not the store has actually become to big. Items are sometimes too far apart. Staff are friendly but customer service lacks. Every staff member seems to be caught up in their own world and area. You have to go to customer service desk to get help which of course is to far away! Front of house looks nice and tidy but back aisle is messy and sometimes a hazard. Mitre 10 has become a hardware store moving to homeware and household / gift store. They don’t really know what they want to be!Prices are higher than the competition!
