They don't have a genuine care for Auckland. Replace your boards / CEO with individuals that have genuine interest for Auckland. Silly organisation, allowing berm parking, destroying the city. Shame on you.

Auckland Transport is horrible in many ways. 1. Lots of us we don't use bus/train services due to very high fare. If AT reduces fare low I bet lot of us will use the buses as AKL population increasing fast.2. I can't believe when to up hop card it takes long time, as per website it says 72 hours. In modern era, almost all websit payements takes few minutes to take credit card payement . Don't AT iis so backward. SERIOUSLY, AUCKLAND TRASPORT NEEDS TO IMPROVE DRAMATICALLY. AT IS A BIG DRAWBACK TO AUCKLAND.

Delivering an issue-plagued and unusable end-product (service) to the traveling Auckland public. Often casting blame on other entities and agencies whilst failing to demonstrate any sense of ownership / duty to the public who actually pays their wages.To those in AT responsible for overseeing delivery: Don't just simply shrug your shoulders and say it's not your fault / problem and continually cast blame on agencies or your suppliers. Act as a champion for delivering an effective, efficient and dependable transport network for Auckland, work with your service suppliers and show commitment

I've only ever called AT about urgent things seen on the drive to work, every issue was dealt with within 2 or so hours which is pretty impressive.

Daylight robbery parked on the roadsides near middlemoore hospital then I come back to see I get a fine for $200 saying rego of car not affixed in right manner. I had proof of up to date rego brought 2 days earlier emailed proof to prove my inocence then i got the reply clearly stating we have decided to proceed with the fine" absolute fukwits"
