Jessica behing the counter was amazing. I travel quite a bit for work and go to a lot of BP's all over the country and all I can say she was friendly, professional and really engaging with customers. Thank you for the excellent service. What a breath of fresh air.

4/10 Blueberry Muffin, Lacking in blueberries and a bit dry. Does get a bonus for almost always having one availble, but perhaps the donuts are a better choice most of the time

We had a breakdown with a baby in the car, and we had to leave the vehicle while waiting for the AA to repair the issue. It was raining and the woman behind the counter in the shop would not have mercy on us and let us sit in their closed cafe area. A bit of human decency was in order, and this woman had none.

I bought what I thought were 2 standard mince pies, and to my horror when I took a bite they were mince and cheese, I'm allergic to cheese and always make sure I pick what are marked as the correct pies.I did take them back and get 2 different pies but this was beyond bad and should never happen.

Utterly revolting toilets. The staff obviously have absolutely no pride in their work place. I needed to go to the loo, but after coming face to face with the grizzly sight in ALL of the bathrooms, I decided to wait till the next place. I would be so ashamed if I worked there.

We were waiting here today for over an hour to hand back a grandbaby to her parents, who had been delayed.Maybe because we spent money on coffee and food, and didn't just sit in the seating area waiting, but Debbie was amazing!She found out why we were waiting and bought out paper and felts and told my granddaughter to draw a sign to put in the staffroom wall. Way above and beyond what was required and expected, and worked a treat.So impressed!

Another great BP Connect with all the usual fuel bowsers including 98 Octane. Fat boy Food and coffee is great. The barister was entertaining and provided great coffee and humour.
