Very rude lady when I went in to post something. It was very unnecessary

The most lovely ladies helped me out with postage (even matched my tracking numbers to the parcels for me)!! They are always so sweet and welcoming when i go in to post things, definitely my #1 post shop!! :)

Very rude lady. Everytime I go there, she is the same attitude. Or she seems to choose an only particular customer to do a good service. No smile. No greeting. No customer service. Very disappointed. Rather than explaining in a kind manner, she pointed out unnecessary advice. That was your job to make a correction. Should not force a customer to do so offensively. I think a local post office should be connected to the local community in a friendly atmosphere.

Would give 0 if I could, not the first time I have had terrible customer service from this place. I had a parcel ready to collect there (notified by email and tracking) and they said my name wasn't in the book so it wasn't ready to collect, they didn't even try looking for the parcel. I went back to my car to see it had actually been signed for by them so come back in to tell them and they find it right infront of them and blame another staff member must of not wrote it in the book. They were so rude about it all and very accusing of me. I received disgusting, appalling and outright lazy service. I strongly advise not shopping here or getting parcels redirected here.

If I could give zero stars I would. The woman serving has no idea of customer service. A sales tip it is NOT the customer’s responsibility to know your job and processes. Rude customer service does not invite repeat business.
